CRATES♪

Privacy

CRATES is a program that runs on your machine. Your sample library stays there. This page is only about the public website.

The waitlist

If you join early access we store the email address you typed, what you said you were interested in, and an optional from tag if you arrived from a shared link. That is used to send you two emails: one when the Windows (or macOS) build is ready, and one when the marketplace can take payments. We do not sell the list, and we do not send anything else.

To be taken off it, write to hello@crates.buzz.

What we do not collect

The marketing page has no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no cookies. The app itself does not upload your files. Marketplace purchases, when they open, will go through Stripe, who will have whatever they need to take a card payment.
